tutti.ch

In 2015, I was hired as a User Interface (UI) Designer at tutti.ch, one of the leading marketplaces for secondhand items in Switzerland, which became fully acquired by Tamedia in 2016.

One of my first tasks was to create a design system library that adhered to the principles of atomic design for all UI components on the tutti.ch website:

This was in order to create brand consistency and improve our workflow.

As a UI designer, I also prepared clickable prototypes in InVision for user testing. This prototype demonstrated how users could sign up or login while in the process or listing an ad on tutti.ch.

I constantly sketched user flows and wireframes in order to create a smooth UX for all interfaces.

Eventually, I transitioned to the User Experience (UX) team, where I worked alongside the Head of User Experience. Together we worked to identify and validate assumptions for all tutti.ch products.

We focused our efforts on quantitative & qualitative research and prioritized lean testing methods such as guerilla testing, A/B testing, and user surveys.

Most recently, our team participated in a design sprint, based on the framework outlined in Design Sprint: A Practical Guidebook for Building Great Digital Products. The design sprint process offered a simple way for us to prototype and test a product in less than a week.
