As my role evolved from UI to UX designer at tutti.ch, I focused my efforts on user research for different products.

One of these products was sheek, a payment and delivery app geared towards buyers and sellers.

I began to develop personas based on a segment of sheek's target audience that included tutti.ch users.  I proceeded to map each persona's journey in order to highlight key touchpoints.

At each touchpoint, I graphed the levels of user satisfaction in order to show stakeholders what a better experience should look like.

Together with the Head of UX, we illustrated wireframe flows. This helped us to identify pain points for the users more easily.

In order to get feedback and iterate more quickly, we tested our ideas with paper prototypes.

It was also my responsibility to prepare several UX & UI specifications for the new iOS app for sheek.

Finally, I created app store screenshots that aligned with the sheek's brand identity.  Eventually sheek was launched to the Apple App Store. It continues to be developed and improved.
